Description:
The regional Logistics team supports each country in delivering excellent service while operating efficiently. Integrations with restaurant’s POS (Point-Of-Sales) systems are one of the most important order transmission methods at Talabat that is serving multiple vendors. In this role, you’ll take the lead on the partnership with POS companies, support partners with the adoption of POS APIs, build and communicate the roadmap for POS features, and improve the overall vendor experience. You’ll also help our partners on the guidance of new API integrations and establish a great relationship with them overall.
Job Responsibilities
- Help our partners understand the features, APIs and all of the benefits that could fit their needs and their business.
- Support our partners on API integrations and guide on the endpoints
- Build a roadmap for product improvements with respect to time to market
- Define, measure, and track success of product feature launches and new initiatives
- Support our partners with their API integrations
- Identify areas of opportunity for automation
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any equivalent major.
- 4-6 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of how API/Integrations/distributed software systems work.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Experience in dealing with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Data Analytics tools like tableau, looker, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress,
- An individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make it happen attitude
