Job Responsibilities
This position serves as a Techno-Functional consultant for the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) & Oracle Payroll. Candidates should be able to drive support, implementations, and upgrades if
required, have experience in stakeholder management and strong customer communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
- 2-3 years experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R9/R10/R11
- Ability to lead functional design sessions progressively through: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Lead Fit-Gap Sessions to assess clients existing business process to delivered software functionality
- Work with client to categorize functionality gaps (based on set criteria) between existing process and software
- Strong configuration skills
- Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
