Description:
The key purpose of the Last Mile Manager role is to be the owner of end-to-end fulfillment cycle with high level of customer satisfaction and associated processes and procedures. The role identifies ongoing productivity enhancement in the overall online fulfillment process, maintaining a clear and scalable last mile strategy to support the growth of MAF Lifestyle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build the last mile operating function to ensure best customer service and cost effectiveness
- Optimize the last mile delivery routes ensuring SLAs and cost budgets are met
- Manage the last Mile function and team across countries ensuring seamless operation.
- Develop and implement the growth plan for last mile delivery services in line with MAFL Digital strategy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or E-Commerce
- 9+ years of experience in last mile delivery
- Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
