Description:

Engineering Manager will be responsible for the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team
• Possessing a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies
• Developing annual plan for own unit and delivers data for the programs of encompassing units in the function or in the business and midterm plans
• Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Customer Application Engineering (Quotations) and Order Execution
• Have 5 years experience in  Engineering management and client facing.
