Job Responsibilities
- Report the summary of job carried out for Plant rooms, pumps motors and machinery, Kitchen and laundry general repairs, guest rooms kitchen equipment’s and common area including all spare parts and accessories
- Support to guest room team for Carry out preventive maintenance as per set schedule provided by your manager such as interior fit out repair, wall paper retrofit, basic HVAC and plumbing repairs and handling shift operation whenever required
- Provide assistance to the team whenever requested for any issues, flexible to complete projects smoothly and safely manner
- Contribute to the colleague satisfaction standard by ensuring that the technical support services are quickly addressed
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role
- Proven knowledge in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment
- Basic knowledge in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry repairs
- Trade diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, HVAC/Air conditioning
