Job Responsibilities:
- Сollaborate with Co-founders & Department Managers to identify the hiring needs
- Build requirements, create JDs, role cards, set up qualification criteria
- Build and documents hiring strategies, process and plans
- Set up targets, KPIs and budgets
- Build assignments & tests
- Review candidates and provide feedback to the team
- Hire, manage and train hiring team
- Conducts daily, weekly, monthly meetings
- Set up & manage softwares for automation
- Review and improve hiring metrics
- Resolve issues and find creative solutions
- Collaborate with the team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quicker
- Identify & manage risks
- Develop and expand the Employer brand
- Ensure quality hires
- Expand the pool of available resources
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience building start up teams & departments (marketing industry experience is a big PLUS, almost a must:)
- In-depth understanding of hiring funnel & structured hiring processes
- Sales, analytical and negotiation skills
- Highly organized individual with well-developed time management skills
