Job Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to Head of CRM, Data & Loyalty
- Day to Day management & execution of CRM campaigns
- Brief campaigns to the CRM Agency of Record for the upcoming marketing promotiones & activites.
- Review technologies and explore new developments and find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
- Liaise with HQ and other regional counterparts to share best practices and analytics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in CRM/ Loyalty / Retention
- Familiar with the GCC local cultures
- Knowing Arabic is an added advantage
- Worked as a CRM strategist/ Manager with CRM campaigns experience in a global MNC
