Description:
The MFC Picker and Stocker is responsible for smooth and accurate delivery of orders to customers. The MFC Picker and Stocker is responsible for, but not limited to preparing the orders received while also providing substitutes for missing products.
Job Responsibilities
- Selecting and packing customer requested products to fulfill customer orders
- Providing correct substitutes of missing products for customer to choose from
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders
- Responsible to perform duties as per companies standard operating instructions while ensuring all outgoing deliveries are accurate and defect free.
- Manage the databases to ensure a smooth operational flow
Job Requirements
- Able to perform multiple tasks with high level of focus
- High level of accuracy
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently or in groups
