Description:
We are searching for a marketing officer with a knack for communicating and a flair for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. Marketing officers are required to contribute to existing marketing, branding and advertising plans, while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the company’s goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises daily performance of Sales team by following up on Motorcycle sales achievements and taking part in non-regular transactions during peak season to ensure the required sales target is achieved.
- Manage sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by providing and analyzing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the center management.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the center management, whenever required.
- Responsible for ensuring sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to the sales team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years’ automotive experience in Sales where 1-2 years in management or supervisory
- Proficient in Arabic & English
- Experience in sales Business 2 Business & Business 2 Consumer and managing relationships with Key Accounts / Customers and the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies
