Description:
We are looking to hire a “Restaurant Manager” for one of the well known & famous Uzbekistan fine dining restaurants in Dubai.A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisine.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback and set goals for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Open to any Russian speakers and other Europeans
- At least 4 years’ experience in the UAE; at least 2 years in the similar role
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is required
