Job Responsibilities:

• Real Estate sales: 4 year (Required)
• Driving License (Preferred)
• Promote sales through network and Channel Partners.
• Set individual targets and develop a strategy to exceed.
• Execute your strategy to ensure lead conversion.
• Maintaining all administrative duties related to the role.
• Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties.
• Advertise and promote local properties for sale.
• Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property.
• Follow all local and state real estate laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner
• Having good time management and organizational skills
• Preferably having 1-3 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
• Fluent in English also Hindi, Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Farsi or German are preferred
• Background knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Preferably with a valid driving license and car.
• Willing to join immediately & available in UAE
