Job Requirements

• Be able to communicate and maintain relationships with colleagues and managers
• Enjoy variety in the workplace and understand the need to be flexible
• Trained in the use of plant and machinery or forklift trucks
• Put simply, you’ll make customers feel special
• You’ll help in all kinds of ways – from supporting customers on the shop floor, to serving them at the checkout
• On the checkout, you’ll promptly and politely process, pack and take payment for shopping

Job Responsibility

• Receipt goods into stock
• Manage the welfare facilities
• Ensure depot mess rooms are kept up to standard
• Have a good understanding of stores practices
• Have an appreciation of stock control systems
• Good handyman skills
• Provide a hands on approach on a daily basis
• Provide support for planned scheduled maintenance
• Liaison with the management team to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Any other duties required within the depot
