Description:

The role of the HSE Trainer is to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the HSE Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly impacting the delivery of guest and colleague experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide training services to support the elements HSE Management System. Includes training related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.
• Provide ADVETI approved training in house.
• Conducts training needs analysis for employees and contractors related to HSE Policy and Procedures. Develops, implements, and conducts appropriate training programs to support identified needs.
• Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees and contractors

Job Requirements:

• Graduate education in related Technical, Biological, Humanities or other similar qualification.
• Recognized technical certification in Safety Management Systems
• 5 years relevant experience associated with delivery of HSE related training and implementation of safety management systems including exposure to international management system standards such as ISO – 45001.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
