Description:

A high growth Fintech startup in Saudi Arabia have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Finance to join their team based in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial functions in KSA, developing a team to support the continuous growth of the business
• Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports, liaising with auditors for yearly reviews
• Financial planning and forecasting; adapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track of deviations
• Cash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts
• Collaborating effectively across functions, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them
• Ensuring that all processes and products comply with company and Central Bank regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to KYC, compliance and anti-money laundering

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 7-10 years experience
• Experience in a Fintech, financial institution or e-Commerce sector is preferred, but not essential
• Solid technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS
• Strong working experience with ERP systems and driving process improvements
