Description:

Facilities Specialists in this role get to: Work with the Property Management Group: Vendors, and staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operational facilities department: Manage facility inventory and assets Ensure facility is clean and maintained: Assuring the highest standards of industry Coordinate maintenance activities and inspections: Required by code or internal standards including; fire systems, emergency power infrastructure, access control reports, etc. Provide employees with facilities and support services: Necessary to increase employee satisfaction at the workplace and make it easier to effectively conduct business on behalf of our clients Work
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of all staff members.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by responding to problems as they arise.
- Keep up-to-date records on products sold and total daily sales.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss company projects and objectives.
Requirements:
- Oversee special projects and ad hoc requests from Head of Global Operations and Office Manager as needed
- Maintain backup administrative support to Office Manager and Global Head of Corporate Services
- Maintain updated floor plans
- Measure and report operating performance (benchmark, plan, prior year)
- Morning Showroom and Executive Space walkthrough with Facilities team (checking for lights, temperature, repairs needed, paint needed, cleanliness, trash, furniture in places and chairs pushes in)
- Managing the company sample sales
